Return & Exchange Policy for Thailand

• Manufacturing Defects : If your vinyl record has any manufacturing defects—such as being warped, scratched, or unplayable—it can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date. (หากแผ่นเสียงมีปัญหาจากการผลิต เช่น บิดงอ มีรอย หรือเล่นไม่ได้ สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า)

• Damaged Packages : If the shipping box arrives bent, broken, or water-damaged, please refuse the delivery so the courier can return it to us.

  Note: If you accept a package that is visibly damaged from transit, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. (หากกล่องพัสดุ หัก งอ หรือเปียกน้ำ กรุณาปฏิเสธการรับพัสดุเพื่อส่งคืนต้นทาง หากเซ็นรับพัสดุที่กล่องชำรุดแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้)

• Seam Splits : We do not offer replacements for jacket seam splits caused by the vinyl shifting inside the sleeve during transit. To prevent this, you can request that we unseal the record and ship the vinyl outside of its jacket in a separate sleeve (เราไม่สามารถเคลมปกใหม่ได้ในกรณีที่สันปกขาดจากการที่แผ่นเสียงกระแทกจากด้านในระหว่างขนส่ง เพื่อป้องกันปัญหานี้ ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งให้ร้านเปิดซีลเพื่อนำแผ่นเสียงแยกออกจากปกก่อนจัดส่ง)

International Shipping

We ship internationally with EMS THAILAND POST. In individual cases, we reserve ourselves to commission another shipping company.

Deliveries outside the THAILAND may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country and payable by the recipient.
